Can you migrate us off PowerSchool, Blackbaud, or spreadsheets?
Yes — data migration is part of onboarding on every plan, at no extra charge. We map your student records, families, grades, and billing history into Berrysuite and verify the import with you before go-live.
How long does it take to go live?
Most schools are live in about a week: data migration first, then staff training, then a soft launch with families. Larger or multi-campus schools may take a little longer — we will give you a real timeline on the demo call.
Do we have to sign a multi-year contract?
No. Plans are monthly or annual — annual saves roughly 17%. There are no implementation fees and no multi-year lock-in.
Who owns our data?
You do, unambiguously. You can export your full dataset at any time, and if you ever leave, we help you take everything with you.
What does training look like?
